Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the process and conditions under which the applicant reseller gains authorization to sell digital services and game accounts on the platform.
Rights and Obligations of the Reseller
2.1 The Reseller has the right to sell to their own customer portfolio in accordance with the conditions set by the Company.
2.2 The Reseller is obligated to conduct sales in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
2.3 The Reseller must adhere to the payment and commission policies determined by the Company.
Payment and Commission
3.1 Revenue generated from the Reseller's sales will be transferred to the Reseller's account after a 3-day holding period. Each day's earnings are calculated and transferred after being held for 3 days to ensure transaction security.
3.2 The Company has the right to deduct a commission from the Reseller's sales. This commission is calculated based on the sales revenue, and the Reseller's earnings are paid after the commission is deducted.
Chargeback Situations
4.1 Chargebacks arising from the Reseller's sales will be deducted from the Reseller's current balance.
4.2 If the Reseller's balance is insufficient to cover the chargeback, the amount will be deducted from the Reseller's subsequent sales.
4.3 If the Reseller stops selling while having an outstanding debt, legal action may be initiated, or the Reseller's sales channel may be closed until the debt is fully paid.
Privacy and Data Security
5.1 The Company is responsible for keeping the personal and payment information of the Reseller and their customers confidential.
5.2 The Reseller is obligated not to share customer information with third parties and to use it only for sales transactions.
Termination of the Agreement
6.1 If the Reseller acts in violation of the provisions of this Agreement, the Company may unilaterally terminate the Reseller's rights.
6.2 In the event of termination of the Agreement and closure of the Reseller, the Reseller's current balance and debt status will be calculated, and necessary actions will be taken.
6.3 If the Reseller's sales channel operates outside of ethical standards and legal regulations, legal action may be initiated or the Reseller's sales channel may be closed. Additionally, any remaining balance may not be refunded.
6.4 If it is determined that the payment information provided at the time of the Reseller's registration, such as the Turkish citizen's ID number or other details, was later found to be incorrect, the Reseller's sales channel will be suspended, and any pending payments will be blocked.
6.4.1 To lift the block on pending payments, the Reseller is required to provide Seller Portal (sellerportal.pub) with a clear copy of the front and back of their identification card, as well as an image showing the account number of their chosen payment method (either PAPARA or IBAN). These documents must be submitted within 12 hours of the request. Failure to comply within this 12-hour period will result in the payment being permanently blocked, and it will no longer be recoverable. Additionally, the Reseller's store will be permanently suspended.
